As the data centre manager of several data centres within Department of Defence I recognize the need for the maintenance of the facilities to be conducted in a professional and timely manner with no interruption to services. I have utilized the professional services of Data Centre Services on several occasions to clean the underfloor spaces, racks and floors. I have found the service that the company provides to be very professional with the end result exceeding my expectations. As part of the service Andy Weerasinghe ensured that his staff were well-trained and competent, he actively supervised the task, kept me well informed of the progress of the job and highlighted any areas of concern he had. He also provided a report at the conclusion of the task that detailed the condition of the data centre highlighting any deficiencies he found. He provided suggestions on ways to rectify the issues that were based on his extensive experience and industry best practice.
