Data Centre Services Australia was founded by Andy Weerasinghe. With 22 years of IT experience out of which he has 16 years of Data Centre experience he brings in a wealth of knowledge to Data Centre environment.

After graduating as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer from University of Westminster, London, Andy has been working in the IT industry since 1988.

As a Field Service Engineer and Operations Team Leader for Honeywell Ltd, Fujitsu Australia and Sun Microsystems, Andy has gained immense experience in Data Centre environment, IT infrastructure and Data Centre relocations. Andy also gained immense experience in IT Call Centre management and was instrumental in relocating Sun Microsystems UK Call Centre from London to India. This was accomplished seamlessly after travelling to India and carrying out technical training for 30 engineers.

From his own experiences Andy realized that there existed an opportunity to provide specialized services to Data Centers.
